Terms & Conditions – CO2 Gas & Heating

CO2 Gas & Heating provides professional gas, heating and plumbing services including installations, servicing, repairs and safety checks. All work is carried out with care and in accordance with relevant UK safety standards.

Quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. If additional work is required due to unforeseen issues, any extra costs will always be discussed and agreed before work continues. Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed appointment time, and missed appointments may result in a charge.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. While we carry out all work to high professional standards, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by pre-existing faults, ageing systems, or misuse of equipment.

All gas-related work is performed following UK safety regulations. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for reasonable notice.
